By using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All services provided by Hexa Digital are limited to the scope defined in the selected package, proposal, or quotation. Any additional features, changes, or requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and charged separately.

A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery or website launch. Please note that delay in payment may result in delay or suspension of the project.

All payments made are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

Domain name and hosting services are not included in our standard packages unless explicitly mentioned. We assist in setup, but all charges must be paid directly by the client.

All source code remains the property of Hexa Digital. Source code will only be provided if explicitly agreed upon in writing and may involve additional charges.

Free support is provided for a limited period depending on the selected package. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are available as separate paid services.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, branding assets, business details) and approving designs and changes on time. Delays from the client side will affect overall project timelines.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, speed of client feedback, and external third-party dependencies.

Any third-party tools, hosting, APIs, or services are subject to their own respective terms. Hexa Digital is not responsible for failures or changes in third-party services.

Hexa Digital is not liable for business losses, revenue loss, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Revisions are strictly limited based on the selected package. Excessive revisions or alterations beyond the original scope will incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to terminate or pause any project if terms are violated, payments are delayed, or standard communication breaks down.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
